First of all, we would like to sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused during gameplay, and we deeply regret not being able to provide a stable and enjoyable gaming environment.

Currently, ChaosW is handling MOD(HACK) users through the following three methods:

1. Detecting abnormal data through system monitoring and blocking the related character immediately.

2. GMs entering the game directly to monitor suspicious behavior, securing character names suspected of abnormal gameplay, and blocking them after verifying abnormal data.

3. Reviewing reports submitted through 1:1 inquiries and blocking characters once abnormal data is confirmed.

For methods 2 and 3, direct verification of the data is required in order to secure evidence for possible appeals regarding blocks.
Because of this verification process, some time may be required before the block is applied. However, once abnormal data is confirmed, the character will be blocked immediately.

For method 1, users detected with abnormal data through the monitoring system are blocked instantly.

However, when new MOD(HACK) tools appear, there may be temporary vulnerabilities until the new MOD is analyzed and corresponding updates are applied.

The ChaosW development team is continuously working to establish a more accurate and advanced MOD(HACK) detection system.

We will also do our best to process manual blocks from methods 2 and 3 more quickly than before.
